Rates:
* $95 per night for 2 people (does not include lodging tax of 1%)
* $20 for each additional person
* $100 Refundable security and cleaning deposit.
We use PayPal www.paypal.com for online payments or you can mail a money order or bank check. It's quick, easy and safe to pay for your stay with PayPal. Simply log onto PayPal and go to your account, (or create an account if you don't already have one, that's easy too,) and click on "send money" . You will be sending it to our email address, sbihner@wildblue.net . They will email you a receipt showing you have made a payment to The Finer Things. Payment a minimum of one week in advance is required to hold your reservation. If reservation is canceled less than one week of check-in $50 will be kept. The security and cleaning deposit can be made with a paper check on your arrival or added to your PayPal payment to us. It is totally refundable and will be sent back to you in the mail or returned via PayPal after the little house has been cleaned. Fees will be deducted if there are any damages or excessive cleaning.
If you just happen to already be in town and found our information at the Coos Bay Visitor's Center or by word of mouth and would like to stay here give us a call, (541) 267-0988, and see if the little house if available.
Breakfast basket is included, served to you on your own table.
Lunch - (with advance notice), additional $5 per person and up, either brought to the little house or prepared as a to-go lunch. This will include sandwiches, cookies and other tidbits.
Dinner - (with advance notice), additional $25 per person or less, served to you on your own table. (Beer &I wine extra or you can bring your own.)
When making reservations please let Sandy know what you do not eat.
Reservations must be at lease one week in advance. Otherwise give us a call - the little house might be available.

Location:
The physical address is 66487 Chemeketa Rd. Coos Bay, OR. It's not, however, in Coos Bay. It's in Allegany.
Directions as follows:
Broadway is the main street going south in Coos Bay.
Go south on Broadway.
Just past the 7-11 there will be a "Y", keep to the left and cross the bridge.
After the bridge keep left.
The first stop sign is at D street. Turn right.
You will cross another bridge and follow the bay.
When you see the next bridge, cross over it and follow the river all the way to Allegany.
When you get to Allegany you will cross another small bridge and notice the Allegany Country Market on the right. That is where the West Fork Millicoma Road branches off to the left. Turn left on it.
Chemeketa Rd. is 2.8 mi. from the store coming up on your left coming up at the beginning of a sharp right hand curve. Watch for oncoming traffic as it's hard to see around the curve. Turn down Chemeketa Rd. keeping to the left at the fork in the road and look for 66487. There will be a sign by our gate letting you know that you have arrived at Sandy's Little River House.
